Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit the quote form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, city, wire details, notes and any photographs you attach. We also receive standard server information such as the page requested and the browser type.

How we use it

We use the information to review your inventory, respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange a pickup if you accept one. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a request.

Photographs

Photographs are used to evaluate the material. Do not send images that contain people, badges, access codes or confidential documents.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service that forwards the message and attachments to our business email. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.

Retention and requests

We keep quote enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to document a transaction. You can ask us to delete your enquiry by emailing saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com.
